Paws & Frost Registration Terms
These terms apply to visitor registration and event entry.
Registration
Visitor details must be accurate and each booking must include at least one adult.
Tickets
Adult entry is charged at the current published rate. Children are free under this event registration structure.
Payment
A paid booking is confirmed after the payment gateway verifies successful payment.
QR Check-in
The booking QR pass may be scanned by event staff for entry and attendance control.
Pets
Pet owners remain responsible for their animals, safety, behaviour, hygiene and compliance with venue instructions.
Event Operations
Programme elements may be adjusted where required for safety, venue operations or circumstances beyond the organiser's control.
